Welcome to the Clarity Circle™. This is where women working on their health come to learn, ask questions and cheer each other on. The Circle is for adults 18 and over, and these guidelines keep it useful and safe for everyone in it. By joining, you agree to follow them, along with the Root Rx Terms of Use.
1. What you read here is education
The Root Rx team shares education in the Circle. None of it is medical advice or a diagnosis for you, and it can’t replace care from your own doctor. Check with your doctor before you change any medication or supplement, and that includes stopping one. If something feels urgent, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room rather than posting about it here.
2. Share what you’re comfortable with everyone seeing
Every member can see what you post, and new members join all the time. You don’t need to post your lab results or your medication list to get a helpful answer. If you do share a lab report, cover your name and date of birth first.
3. Keep other members’ stories inside the Circle
Please don’t screenshot or share another member’s posts or photos outside the community. If you’d like to pass on something a member wrote, ask them first.
4. Talk about what worked for you
Your experience helps other members, so share it. Please don’t tell anyone what dose to take or that they should stop a medication. Those questions belong with their own doctor.
5. Be kind
Everyone here is at a different point in their health. Please don’t shame anyone about their body or their food choices.
6. No selling
Don’t promote your own products or affiliate links in the Circle, and don’t message members to sell to them. Root Rx shares its own programs and events here.
7. Your posts and Root Rx marketing
We love hearing your wins. Root Rx never uses a member’s post or photo in its marketing without asking first and getting their OK in writing. That includes the website and ads.
8. Live calls
Live calls may be recorded and shared with members. If you’d rather not appear in a recording, keep your camera off, use first names only and ask your question in the chat.
9. How Root Rx uses your information
When you join, Root Rx receives your name, the email address you give us and your answers to the join questions. We use your email to run the community, for example to contact you about your membership. If you say yes to Root Rx emails when you join, we also email you about our programs and events, and you can unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it. Saying no doesn’t change your place in the Circle. We don’t sell your information.
Skool hosts the community and stores your posts under its own privacy policy. The Root Rx Privacy Policy explains the rest, including the services that help us send our emails. To ask a question, or to have your information deleted, email compliance@rootrxhealth.com.
10. Moderation
The Root Rx team removes posts that break these guidelines and may remove members who keep breaking them. If something worries you, report the post or message a moderator.
Changes to these guidelines
We may update these guidelines as the community grows. When we do, we’ll post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
